After an initial medical history review, your massage will be customized to your particular needs and preferences using a combination of the following techniques:
An integrated approach utilizing Myofascial, Swedish, Asian, Neuromuscular and Sports Massage techniques. I conduct treatment massage for specific complaints; an overall relaxation/stress reduction massage, or a combination of both. Hot steam packs, hot stones, essential oils and Asian liniments may also be utilized.

Due to the extra time and paperwork involved in billing pre-authorized insurance claims for worker's compensation, auto accidents or other medical insurance claims,
massage fees are increased as allowable by law, currently $120 per hour.
Sales tax will be added to massages not accompanied by a physician's prescription, according to Minnesota law.
On-site corporate chair massage is available at above rates plus an additional $30 and $.50 per mile. A minimum of 4 pre-booked chair appointments apply.

I am able to bill pre-authorized insurance for worker's compensation injuries and auto accident related treatments. A physician's prescription and pre-authorization with insurance company is required. Please have prescription, policy numbers and agent name and contact numbers with you when you arrive.
